My friend Pachay Elsa Zacchini is looking for some help in finding her birth certificate or other legal papers showing her adoption by Hugo and Elsa Zacchini. Her parents were circus people in Fl and she was found by them at that time they took her in. I have did an endless search for her until I was directed to you. Please I hope you can help her she is trying to get a passport to follow her job and her husband to South America. Both of which are due to leave the 1st of the year. If not thank you for your time.
