i believe we are of the same linege . anna lugo and and Juan hilario bermudez is the information i have as the gabrilino ancestery . Marina Gonzales Andrade was my great great grandmother. Rite Bermudez dauther of juan hilario and anna i believe were Marina's grand parents . I am having a tough time regestrying my family tree as gabrilino indian the BIA is asking for birth certificates to my ancesters. Any help you can provide me i would apprieciate thank you so much! I'm looking for the birth parents of Hejinia Hernandez Morin. All I have to go on is her birth took place 3 Jan 1889. Her death certificate from Brady, McCulloch County, Texas (d. 10 Jan 1951) only states she was born in San Luis, Mexico. Doing some investigating on Familysearch I believe she may have been born in or around San José, Villa De Hidalgo, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Her father may have been Francisco Hernandez Morin but don't know that for certain. Any help to confirm this is greatly appreciated.

My great grandmother was Juanita Quilantan born 1888 in San Luis Potosi. She married Macedonio Vigil (1883) also from San Luis Potosi

My Mother,s side of family is Hernandez. I didn,t know there was a name Town of Hernandez. I been looking some information,on my gandfather,s family. His father name is Travano Hernandez and his mother is Maria Carreon. My grandfather name is Enrque born July 15,1903. He married Antonia Vasquez. They move to Texas in 1929. Hello, my wife tells me that her father Antonio Monsivais Teran who was born around 1930 in San Luis Potosi used to talk of a cousin Carlos. Antonio's parents names were Alvino Monsivais and Epifania Terran. Also supposedly the street that Antonio grew up on was named Monsivais. There are quite a few of this family on familysearch.org the mormon free site.

I don't know why my grandfather used his names that way either. I know he used Torres like a middle name. I got the parent information from an uncle. My grandfather has been dead for 17 years now and I don't have any other info. Hoping to find anything.

Hi yall doin? My last is Turrubiartes and my great grandparents are from Cerritos S.L.P. I believe my great grandfather, and grandfather and father were born in cerritos. I think my great grandfathers name was Thomas Turrubiartes. My grandfather was Guillermo turrubiartes so my is my father and I. Have family living here in Houston T.X. And San Antonio T.X. Stevenson Born in San Luis Potosi

I am searching for information on an American family that lived in San Luis Potosi in the early 1900's. Robert Louis Stevenson, a train engineer, was living and working in the area with his wife (name unknown) and his son, Homer Eads Stevenson. Homer was born in San Luis Potosi about 1903. Robert was killed in a train wreck in Mexico. His wife also died (cause unknown), leaving Homer an orphan. I have found a 1920 census record for Homer, age 17, living in San Antonio with a grandmother named Nora Smith. I don't know if she could be an adoptive grandparent or a biological grandparent. I would truly appreciate any ideas on where I might look for information on a train wreck or about Americans living in Mexico during that time period.

my grandfathers is from Moctezuma SLP and his name was Pablo Hermandez Cerda his fathers name was Pancho Cerda don't have much info. My father never really taled about his family. I know my grandfather had a brother (don't know his name) he lived in Chicago IL and i think he passed away there.
