My great grandfather was named Brigido Flores. He was born in 1882 and died in 1938.He imigrated to the United States (terlingua,tx)in 1923 or 1924 from Sierra Mojada, Mexico. I have his death record and it states that he was born in San Luis Potosi and his parents names are Evaristo Flores and Mariana Hernandez. I can't find any actual birth or baptism records from San Luis Potosi and I can't find any evidense of where his parents were born or who his grand parents might be. I'm really stumped. I just know that Brigido was a miner, he worked in the coal mines of Sierra Mojada and met his wife there and then imigrated to Texas to work in the quicksilver mines. I would like to find out if he had any bothers or sisters and who his grandparents are. Brigido's wife was named Cayetana Ortiz. They had a daughter name Luz (my grandmother), a son named Florentino and a daughter named Julio. They also had other children who died very young. Their names are Maria de Jesus, Bonifacio, Magdeleno, and Silvero. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it
