Hola! My friend in Agua Prieta is Francisco Javier Enriques whose father is Francisco Hurtado. Their family was from Michoacan, Mexico. He told me many stories about the "mafia" mentality of that area and how his father's family were deeply involved. Senor Hurtado was still in Agua Prieta last I heard.
