Am looking for Maria del Carmen De la Garza and his wife, Josefa De Los Santos Coy, about 1830 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mex. I think she was born there and he came there from Spain. Their son, Isaac De la Garza was born in Caldecita, Mex and married Paula Bazan from San Diego, TX
