My parents are from Guerrero...my dad told us that his father changed his last name for personal reasons...from Galeana to Alemán. It came to a surprise to me when I went to visit my relatives in Guerrero how a man told me to say hi to my father...he's my cousin he added. The funny thing was that this man's last name is Galeana and I asked my mother to explain which coincided with the story that my father told me later on.
