I heard through the grapevine that a book was written in Mexico about General Isidoro Quintana. I was wondering if anyone has heard of it? I'm at a brickwall with him.
He was married to a Maria Narciza Duran and they had 4 children that I have found so far. He was born some time between 1810-1820 in the area of Abasolo or Penjamo, Guanajuato. He died when he was about 80 years of age.
Isidoro was a General during the Mexican-French war and fought under the leadership of Ignazio Zaragoza during the time of Presidente Benito Juarez.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Liz
