I am looking for information re: Stadden family in Colima. Father may or may not have been a diplomat from England or US, info re wife is unknown. Had 4 daughters, probably out of wedlock, named Cala, Victoria, May and Natalie. All immigrated to the US and married. Their father, Mr. Stadden, would be my children's g.grandfather.

My parents Maria and Horacio Segrove were friends of the Staddens. Mr Stadden was consul in Manzqnillo. Both my parents were from Colima and Manzanillo.

I remember May Stadden and her husband Felipe. I can't remember their last name. They owned a huge home on Golden Gate St. and Broderick, I believe and every New Years they you have a huge party.

My mother believed that my father's materal family (the Riveras) were related to Mr. Stadden by marriage.

I know she had sisters and that one of them lived in Albany, California. The only person left in the Bay Area from Colima that I know of, is Consuelo Figeroa who lives in St.Anne's Home on Lake Street in San Francisco, Ca.

Hello, Just came across your 2010 post. I'm Cala's daughter, Rosemarie Ramos. Perhaps we've connected already.
How are your children related to my grandfather?
Where are you located now?

Hello, Just came across your 9/7/10 post.
Felipe and May Stadden de Rojas lived on McAllister (near Golden Gate) at the corner of Broderick until 1967 when they moved to El Cerrito to be near her 2 sisters, Natalia & Cala, in Albany. They continued New Year's parties there through the '70's. May passed in '93.
I'm the daughter of Cala Stadden Ramos who passed in '95.
I understand Consuelo passed last year.
I'm always interested in connecting with family.
