I was wondering if any of you might know how to obtain copies of divorce records obtained in Tijuana in June 1967 by an American.

Is there a central repository in Baja Norte which has all divorce records or is there a court I need to write in Tijuana to obtain copies? Will I need to be able to translate my English letter into Spanish before sending a request?

Any education or enlightenment would be most appreciated.
