I am having the same problems only my parents were married in 1946 so I don't know if they would even still have any records. I have to have my copy for DAR. Could you please send me an email and I can send you the pertinent information that they would want? So far, all I have been able to get through emails is that if I take a lawyer and $35, (this was three years ago) and go to Mexico City maybe something could be done.
