Seeking information about the Blankenship family who lived in Garcia, Mexico, just south of San Diego. They would have been there in the 1920's-1940's. They worked with the railroad out of San Diego.

Also, would like to know how to find marriage records in that part of Mexico. Lawrence Felix Blankenship married in Feb. 1934, probably in Mexico. Would liek to find documantation.
