my cousin Joseph HERN drove his motorcycle from his home in San Diego, CA to Mexico. He may not have gotten much past Tijuana, or perhaps he died in Tijuana. On September 13, 2000 he was killed on his motorcycle in an accident.
Could there have been a newspaper article discribing his accident and other particulars about who else may have been involved. Was the road slick from rain that day? I don't know what happened to his remains, where was his remains sent.
I do know that another cousin George Smith from around San Diego was notified. I do not know where this George Smith lives. Who can I get information from? The e-mail message I sent to a Mexican Consolate brought no results.
