Thanks for your response to my querie. The photo/snap came from my maternal grandmother's photo-albums which she left in my care. The information was as followes: The Irish based family (Chearnleys) received a cablegram from Canada indicating the child (?) was being returned presumably to Ireland for internment. Since my mother was a child at the time I would put the time frame as from 1917-1920. Yes, post was made on the General Board/Canada.
