Looking for any information on William LOGUE who came to Saskatchewan, Canada circa 1912. His parents were James and Lizzie Logue living in Secon, Londonderry, Northern Ireland. He was known to have lived in the Colleston, SK area as a farmer. His brothers there were David and James. He enlisted in WW1 in 1915 and was killed in France the following year 1916. His brother David came to SK and in 1919 his wife Mary Calvin (nee Rankin) Logue and their son William Logue joined him. David & Mary had more children and the family eventually moved to Prince Albert. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't find anything in the history book site altho 218 books showed up. http://www.ourroots.ca/e/ I did find him in the Sask. Virtual War Memorial and also his nephew John. http://svwm.ca/ The info in it is same as you have, but you may like reading it anyway. John, son of David and Mary, Ordinary Seaman, RCN, died in WW2 in Ontario. Butch

Thank you for your reply. Interesting as my David and Mary didn't have a son named John. They did have a James but he didn't die in WW2. Also David was born in 1892 and John in 1898. That would have made David (they have him as Davis) 6 years old when John was born. They do have Mary Rankin as his mom but again she was born in 189?. Unfortunately whoever submitted that info is wrong. Will try to see if it can somehow be corrected. Again thank you so much for your time and reply.
