Where did you get the grid map?

HOME (Historical Ownership Mapping Endeavour) -- HOME provides the names, dates, and locations of approximately 400,000 Original Dominion Land Grantees in the Province of Saskatchewan. A paper map of each RM is available showing the ownership of each ¼ section throughout the RM. A CD is also available with a search function that will zero in on the grantee. The CD has overlaying maps, searches fast and easy, pinpoints grant location, zooms in on details, has popup window with full name of grantee, grant number, and date. There is also an explanation of the Dominion Land Survey System, a History, and a digital copy of the 2005 Saskatchewan Grid Road Map.

Available through Saskatchewan Genealogical Society (SGS) – HOME (Historical Ownership Mapping Endeavour) RM Maps and CD. CD – $20.00 plus postage and handling. Just one RM map costs $20.

Excellent aid... well worth the cost. Also helps find people on the Census records by using the land details.

Another good site: http://www.saskhomesteads.com/search.asp

Example search result for "Tedeschi" - File Number 3776671 - Tedeschi, Leo Bernard, SE 18- 37-6 W2

Plus the homestead files starting in 1908 can be found online - use the SHIP index to get the file number. Unfortunately the files before 1908 are not online yet. But you can get a copy from the Saskatchewan Archives Board or view the records on microfilm.

Various documents housed in the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan, including homesteads, voter lists, pioneer questionnaires, biographies, military and municipal records, teacher registries, township registers, and Henderson Directories. This collection is being published as images become available. See more at: https://familysearch.org/search/image/index#uri=https://fami...

Hopefully this helps and you received ALL the attachments I emailed.

Surnames: Scebenski, Debenski, Demenski.
Tedeschi name doesn't seem to be who we are looking for. Thanks to all of you for trying to help me. The grid map will be a great addition to my genealogy tho. The man we are looking for may have been a hired hand working on an adjoining farm. Perhaps we will never find him as we have been given differing names, Debenski, Demenski, Scebenski etc.

Cheers,
Doris.
