I need a death certificate for my ancestor who died in Dundurn in 1953, and the only way I've found to get it is through ISC? and pay $50 for an information copy. Is this right? Is it impossible to directly contact the jurisdiction rather than pay this high fee? Advice appreciated. Yikes. Thanks.
