thank you for getting in touch again. As I said before, I have reason to believe that Frank Owen's wife Laura was my grandmother. My father was born November 23 1916 in High River AB. His birth certificate reads "father unknown" so he went to his grave believing that he was born out of wedlock. His grandmother, who raised him from a wee baby, told him that his father went to war and never returned. My dad died Dec. 11 2005, age 89 years. The name Frank Owen is in a letter written in 1928. Do you have any other information? I can't understand why Laura's place of residence is Revelstoke BC on Frank's attestion papers while Frank indicates his residence as Battleford. Laura is going to school under the name Laura Fuller in the
Reechoing Times book.
