Hello,
I checked out a history book of the Speers area, Along The Carlton Trail, and found a very small amount of info about your greatgrandmother's sister Madeline. It seems that she married a Peter McBlain, not Mcbain. The book was published in 1984, I believe.
" Peter married Madeline Baker and they had six children: Quinton, Ethel, Malcolm, Bruce, Gordon and Alec."
The history goes on to say that at the time of publication Madeline Baker McBlain was 85 years old and residing in Wetaskawin, Alberta with her son Bruce. This may help you to track down a death record for her and then perhaps an obit. The obit may mention relatives alive at the time of her death. I have used the technique of researching my direct lines siblings and have had very good luck.
I checked for the other names from your query but could not find any info on them.

Sorry Whitney I am not family. However I lived in the Keatley Speers area as a young boy and have many relatives still in the area. I recall hearing them talk of the McBlains. If you email me privately I have a couple of suggestions of people that you might want to contact in regard to your query.
