Hi April, The website http://www.ourroots.ca/e/ is up and running again. You can click n the link I sent and read the Walter Hicks story. It mentions your Ggrandfather as well as the others. I searched the main site using Hicks Livelong and that brought up the books. Please post a reply as I have no idea if I am helping or not. Butch
