I am trying to find out anything about a Joseph Stamp and his family who went out from England about 1879 to Canada. In the 1880 census they were living at Shipton, Richmond & Wolfe, Quebec. Joseph was 44 & listed as a farmer. His wife was Maryann or Mary Ann.She was 42, both were born in England as were their nine children a son age 18 and eight daughters. Mary Ann was born Mary Ann Middleton at Waddingham in Lincolnshire. She was the daughter of Francis Middleton and Jane Page. Mary Ann and Joseph were married on the 15 May 1861 at Waddingham.
