Gillett on 1861 Census

I am researching the family of David Gillett, who was born about 1830 in the Town of Western, Oneida County, New York. He lived most of his life there. I find him in Western on the NY State census in 1855 and 1865, but not on the 1860 census. Another researcher who has unfortunately passed away added the following note to an Ancestry family tree:

1861 - Town of Shefford, Shefford Co, Que, Can: David - 30, b U.S.; lab; Wes. Meth; Mahala - 31, b U.S.;
Ellen - 10; Mary Ann - 8; Almeda - 5; Augusta -3; Charles - 1, b Lower Canada; 1 story log cabin;

[resided next to Michael Mahedy]

I would like to get an image of this page. This is the correct family, and explains why they weren't on the New York census. The problem is that I can't find these names on the online index. I've tried every variation I can think of, searched for just first names, etc, but no luck. Does anyone have a suggestion?
