Since this last post, I received my acces for the Societe Genealogique de l'Outaouais. I have an acces to the index of "les actes notariés de l'Outaouais" and I have already checked for you the Flansbury and found nothing.

Concerning the private email you send me for the Census, I'm sorry to have to say that I don't really have the time to help you.
How old are the children you are missing ? are they married ? if yes, they live in a different house possibly a different village or township.
The one I remember, the parent were absent and you said that the youngest one was missing too ? Where the parents travelling or out of town for work ? you said the father was still alive, so they have to be somewhere.
Did you try the other resources for same census, sometime the indexes are better from another site :
