Born 2/27/48 at La Misericorde Hospital, Montreal. Adopted from La Societe d Adoption et de Protection de l' Enfance and my birth name was Marie Suzelle Mignault. I was adopted by Genevieve (Jean) and Joseph Zukowski four months later and brought to Brooklyn, NY where I was raised. I am seeking any family and medical history.
