Searching For Paternal Step Grandfather's Ancestors

Classification: Query
Surnames: HAGGART / BRADGER / LIMOGES
Hi, I'm also looking for my step grandfather's (whom I consider my "real" grandfather) parents. I don't have much information on him...

Roy HAGGART
b. December 23 (don't know a year but it was between 1929-1939, I believe in Nova Scotia) d. between 1987-1990 (I was too young to remember) in Montreal.
~~I know his parents and the rest of his family were in Nova Scotia. He moved to Quebec and married my grandmother Ida BRADGER, sometime in the mid 60's, who was widowed at the time by my biological grandfather, Rene LIMOGES.

(Any information on Rene LIMOGES who died in 1963 in Montreal would be a definite plus too...don't know a year of birth, parents, siblings, just that he was married to Ida BRADGER)

Wendy, you're really busy with your research. Here's more info from the QC Death Index (1926-1996):
ROY HAGGART b. 1933é12é24. dé 1985.11.27 while resuding in Verdun (suburb of Montréal on the island of Montréal), QC. Married to BRADGER. Parents: D. HAGGART+D. SMILEY;

RENÉ LIMOGES b. 1927.03.29, d. 1964.09.21 while residing in Montréal, QC. Parents: R. LIMOGES+L. BEAUDIN. Although his wife isn't mentioned, because of the date of his death, I'm quite sure he's the RENÉ you're researching.

His father, RENÉ LIMOGES b. 1902.05.29, d. 1983.11.22 while residing in Montréal, QC, was the widower of BEAUDIN. His parents: D. LIMOGES+C. MAZURETTE;

His mom, LUCIENNE BEAUDIN b. 1905.05.31, d. 1980.02.15 while residing in Verdun (suburb of Montréal on the island of Montréal), QC, wife of LIMOGES. Parents: M. LIMOGES+ML (no last name, this could be Marie-Louise)

Good luck in your continued search.

Hi Julie, Am also researching the Therrien side of a family. We have a Ida Mary (Mary Ida) Therrien who married a Odila Tremblay. They both came from Canada-French and lived in Massachusetts.
Any information would be helpful if you have any.
