I'm pretty sure I've found where your Trudeau's came from. For Genore, that's going to be more difficult because it's not an orignial French surname and has been altered from something else. However, for the Trudeau's, the key was that Francois had a brother originally named Michel, but changed to Mitchel. Francois didn't die late enough for his parents to be listed on his death certificate, but Mitchel did have his father on his. It said his father was Eugene Trudeau. I played a hunch that two Trudeaus in the same town must be related, so I checked the 1851 Census and found a family in Saint-Urbain with children Francois and Michel around the correct age. Their father was also named Francois and not Eugene. The census also says that all the children were born in St Urbain, and the father Francois was born in Longueil. The mother of the family is not listed on that census and had probably died.
Mitchel's death record also says that he was born in Montreal, and St Urbain is just West of Montreal on the south side of the St Lawrence. St Urbain did not get it's own parish until 1852, so prior to that they were going to a neighboring parish. I checked a map, and the closest parish was Sainte Martine. I went to the parish records on ancestry.com, and found the records. Francois was actually born in 1835. The baptism took place on April 20, 1835 and says that he was born the same day. It's possible that it is a mistake and he was actually born in the 18th as you say, but it's definitely close enough I feel.
Francois' parents were Francois Trudeau and Charlotte Vincent.
Mithel Trudeau's wife, Mary had on her death certificate that she was from Sorel, so perhaps that's where that location came from. However, I'm pretty sure this is it.
