I am looking for a burial on John Watts and his wife Jane, former soldier of Fort Chambly. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you could ask at St-Stephen's church (protestant church), wich is next to one of the oldest cemetary in Chambly, and next to the Fort Chambly, too. The church is still existing and people there is very nice. I don't have the coordonates right now, but maybe i could find them soon; Although you could ask infos at the "société d'histoire du bassin de Chambly", they have lots of docs and infos over there...they're adress in on Bourgogne street, in Chambly, and they're having a web site: http://societehistoirechambly.org/
(maybe you could also ask them if they could introduce you to the people of the St-Stephen's church too, they know each other very well and often collaborates. oh, and if ever you can come to Chambly, you MUST to visit St-Stephen; this is a very nice and original little church, which still have a magnificient Warren organ, dating from 1855!
Good luck!
