Is there a website for the civil records dept. in Quebec to get information on ordering a birth certificate? Does Quebec use a central location for civil records or would you contact the towns/cities?

I know the date & city, I would like to see if a birth certificate is available.

there is a place www.bms2000.org that will answer to your question .I could do a lookup if I have your email and the name of the person ,fathers or mother name to eliminate multiple search , and if the baptisim was at a catholic church.
