Linda,
Unless there is a couple of the same name, I am unsure as to why you posted your question here (at L'Assomption, Quebec), and not on one of the Maine message boards, as this Thibodeau family was present in the upper part of the State of Maine, probably going back to the Lower St-Lawrence shore of Quebec (or in the St-John River Valley of New Brunswick, as I have not traced them further).
Paul & Euphrosine married in St. Francis, ME on 13 Dec 1910. If he was indeed born in 1850, he is then Paul Thibodeau, son of Fabien Thibodeau and Christine Oakes, born at Ste-Luce, ME on 2 Nov 1849, followed by baptism on 26 May 1850. Godparents were Elie Thibodeau and Seconde Jalbert.
According to the databases here at Rootsweb, Euphrosine was the daughter of Antoine Thibodeau & Emilie Morin. Of course this information should be reverified, and I think that one should try to obtain a copy of the marriage record either from the parish in St. Francis, or from the State of Maine Archives.
Fabien Thibodeau (s/o David & Celeste Cyr) married at Ste-Luce, ME on 13 Oct 1845 with Christine Oakes (or Ikes) (d/o Alexis & Henriette Lavigne). More info on this family can be found at:
http://www.upperstjohn.com/steluce/simple_all.phpType in Thibodeau and see what shows up.
Best regards, Dennis
