The burial date is correct; the death date is always somewhere in the text, in this case the preceding day (24 March 1760). The translation is as follows:

The 25th of March 1760, by us, the undersigned priest missionary, have buried with the ordinary ceremonies of the Church in the cemetery of this parish, Alexandre Bourc (sic for Bourque), son of Alexandre Bourc, Acadian, and of Marie Ebert (sic for Hébert) his wife, who died the preceding day, aged 23 years after having confessed and received the sacraments of the Eucharist and Extreme Unction. Present (at the burial) were Guillaume Rouleau and Pierre Buteau who have signed with us.
