F. X. Aubin ptre = WRONG -> J St Aubin priest = Good
----------------------------------------------
On the twenty six of December one thousand eight hundred sixty two us Priest undersigned, have buried the body of Patrick Connelley [who] died the day before yesterday aged of sixty four, spouse of Mary Rihen from this parish. Present Flavien and Alexis Fecteau who could not sign.
---------------------------------------------
My sincere apologies for the massacre of your ancestors' names by the priest. ;-)
Regards,
Jackie
EDIT : the diphtong "eau" is pronounced "o" in French. Same as in my husband's name Tétreault, which was often written Tatro in American documents. And é = a English pronounciation
EDIT 2 : correction to the name of the priest. Sorry my mistake
