Le 28 juin 1840 à Percé se marient Elivrier/Olivier Robin (Elivrier et Mary Boulé)et Mary Fournier/Marie-Euphrosine Fournier (Joseph et Marie Euphrosine Bujold).

On prétend que les parents d'Olivier Robin sont René et Marie-Ursule Daraîche de Percé. Pourquoi une telle différence dans les noms? Est-ce que ce Olivier est un illégitime? Y'a-t'il un mariage Robin/Boulé?

Yes. My gradfather was Alexandre (Moise, Jacques, Joseph, Francois). He was born in St. Godefroi where there are still decendents of his siblings.

I only have 2 children to Francois and Louise LEBRETON. And only 2 children to Joseph and Madeline LANGLOIS. I'm wondering if there were more.

I'm also missing most on Moise siblings.

Daniel married at Ile Bonaventure 3-11-1825 Catherine Cody, d/o Pierce Cody, Pierce was a native of Ireland, and his wife Maria Horan. Maria Horan d/o John Horan & Catherine Mahoney. James (Jacques) Beaudin was born aug 11 1840 in Grande-Rivière, Qc. (my home town) and he died on Miscou Island, NB. on august 9 1924. His wife was Ellen Ward he had married on feb 9 1863 in Grande-Rivière. His father was Lazarre b. GR june 11 1814, m. GR sept 8 1836 Sophie Blais, b. Pabos, Qc. may 17 1805. And so on.
Fred was married to Geneviève Chiasson in 1901. They had at least one son, Philippe, b. 1919.

Judith born june 2 1892 was married to Alfred Caron (Alphonse and Victoria Lebouthiller) on june 2 1915 in Grande-RiviÃ¨re. She died in MontrÃ©al on feb 2 1967 at the age of 74 and 8 months.

None of their kids were born in Grande-RiviÃ¨re.

Marie-Flore-Domithilde-Judith born sep 10 1879 married Joseph-Jean-Baptiste Rail (Antoine and Hermine Lefebvre) on sep 8 1908 in GR. She died at 102 yoa on may 21 1982.
They had at least 2 kids: Candide married in MontrÃ©al on mar 30 1840 to a W. Rioux (Ernest and Whilhelmine Sirois), Hermine-Aline married a Couturier.

Lucien ValÃ©rien born april 24 1895 married Alvina Bouchard in MontrÃ©al on dec 29 1927.

Antoine was born dec 10 1896 in GR.

Anne-Marie Laetitia, born may 7 1899 died march 33 1900 at 10 months and a half.

Euphrosine-Marie-Ã‰va born july 24 1890 died on aug 20 1891 at 13 months.

JosÃ©phine-Ã‰va born sep 6 1885 died on april 11 1888 at 2 yoa and 7 months.

Marguerite-Marie-PhilomÃ¨ne born nov 13 1883 died on april 4 1888 at 4 yoa and 5 monts.

Au recensement de 1761 de Caraquet, on retrouve un Michel Dupuis avec 2 garçons et 1 fille.

Le seul Michel Dupuis que je peux déduire est le fils de Germain et Marie Marguerite Granger, né vers 1724.

Selon son décès le 10 avril 1782 à St-Jacques, l'Achigan, QC, il n'aurait pas été marié. Présents: Germain Dupuy, Pierre Dupuy, Jean Bro, Joseph Bro. Âgé de 58 ans. Germain serait son frère, Pierre serait son neveu.

Qui auraient été les enfants avec lui en 1761?

Hoyland Bettinger was my grandfather. His middle intitial "B" stand for Bateman which is his birth name. His parent died in an epidemic and the Bettingers took him in but never adopted him. His father A. Fred Bateman (if memory is correct) was a business professor and his mother Wynona talught art in Lima, New York. He married Agnes Howe whose brother was C. D. Howe. They had two daughters Carol and Mary-Lee. Carol is my mother.

Aldo, I just saw your query. Hoyland Bettinger was actually quasi-adopted by my distant cousins Jacob and Agnes Bettinger. His parents were Frank Allen Bateman and Winona Tadder Bateman, who died in 1894 and 1899 respectively. Some of my information is from original research, and some is according to his two daughters, with whom I have had contact in the past. Although he kept the Bettinger name, he did not remain close with his adoptive "parents." I have more information if you would like to contact me privately.

Pierre Duguay and Sophie Mauger had at least 5 kids. Richard in 1841, Pierre in 1843, Angélique in 1847, Édousrd in 1852, Guillaume in 1853. Most of them were born in Petite-Rivière, now Ste-Thérèse-de-Gaspé.

Here is the basic list I have starting with me and going to my father, my grandfather, my great grandfather, my great-great grandfather etc.:

1. Mark Duguay (September 10, 1954) married to Andrea Cappellano (February 10, 1949) on August 19, 1978.

2. Theodore J. Duguay (August 25, 1929) married to Elizabeth Mudra (June 10, 1933) on January 26,1952.

3. Antonie Duguay (1901) married to Alice Angeline Babin (August 27, 1906 in Caplan, Quebec). Her parents were Alexandre Babin and Laetetia Babin. Her godparents were Theophile Bourdages and his wife Clarisse.

4. William Duguay (1864) married to Emma Beaudin on November 8, 1892 in Grande Riviere. Emma is the daughter of Fidel Beaudin. William and Emma had ten children: Jean, Laurette, Estelle, Marie, Alphonsine, Juliette, Antoine, Adjutor, Alcide, and Romeo.

5. Pierre-Williams Duguay (1819) married to Sophie Mauger on May 16, 1841 in Paspebiac. Pierre-Williams was born in Pabos in 1819. Sophie was the daughter of Richard Mauger (born in Jersey Island/St. Jean). Richard was first married to Polly Flower but she died and he gave up his Protestant faith to marry Angelique Loiselle (2nd wife) in Carleton, Boneventure, Quebec. Sophie was the daughter of Richard’s second wife, and was born in Hopetown, east of Paspebiac.

6. Pierre-Rene dit Irene Duguay was born in Pabos in (1784 or 1786) and married Marthe Roussy (1792-1880). They were parents of David and Pierre-Williams.

7. Jean-Marie Duguay (1742) married to Marie-Anne Tareau (May 5, 1751). Her parents were Pierre-Oliver Tareau and Agathe Laine (January 27, 1706).

8. Rene Duguay (1710 in Bayonne, Gascoyne France) married to Marguerite Pregent (Prejean LeBreton) (1710 in Canada). Her parents were Jean Pregent (1651-1733) and Andree Savoi (1667).

9. Jacques Duguay Jr. (1686) married to Louise Lemaitre. Her parents were Pierre Lemaitre (February 2, 1655 to August 13, 1711) and Marie-Anne Chaine (October 7, 1664 to July 10, 1733).

10. Jacques Duguay Sr. (born in Semur, France and died on March 13, 1727 in Three Rieveres) married to Jeanne Beaudry (July 17, 1659 to November 22, 1700). Her parents were Urbain Beaudry (January 6, 1615 to August 22, 1682) and Madeleine Boucher (July 28, 1634 to September 13, 1691).

11. Michel Duguay married to Catherine Lebrait or Louberet.

I am not sure about the parents of William Duguay. Here is a second Duguay family tree I have developed with different parents for William. His parents are the key for ME!

It appears my Duguay family tree might cross with yours. My grandfather, Antoine Duguay was born in 1901 in Pabos and was the son of William and Emma Beaudin. Do you have any information I could use to verify the Duguay Family tree I have compiled. There is a discrepancy as to who William's parents were. They were either Jean Duguay (1816) and Marie Anne Dubois (1823) married in Perce on May 27, 1851 or Pierre-Williams Duguay (1819) married to Sophie Mauger on May 16, 1841 in Paspebiac. If I do not solve this issue than I can not go any further.

Guillaume est décédé le 4 août 1936 à Pabos.
Marie-Emma est décédée vers 1953 à Montréal.

Joseph-Antoine est né le 19 jan. 1901 à Pabos. Parrain: Clément Dupuis, marraine: Émélie Têtu épouse de Moïse Duguay, elle signe avec le père William.

John Duguay, né le 28 déc. 1816 à Paspébiac, (Charles Magne Duguay et Ursule Loiselle)a épousé le 27 mai 1851 à Pabos Marie-Anne Dubois, née le 2 mai 1823 à Peré ( François Dubois dit Durant et Marguerite Baker).

Charles Magne Duguay, né le 26 nov. 1781 à Paspébiac (Jean-Marie et Anne Sareau)a épousé Ursule Loiselle, née le 21 oct. 1789 à Paspébiac (Robert et Anne-Élizabeth Roussy.

Marie-Marthe Arbour avait déjà des enfants d'une union précèdente lorsqu'elle a eu au moins une fille dite naturelle avec Philippe Robin.Ils se sont mariés devant le juge de paix John Beck Esq. du Cap d'espoir en 1811 selon les rituelles de la 'Church of England'.Philippe Robin quitte pour l'Europe et se remarie avec Madeleine Lebmann.
