Is Frampton Quebec considered an Eastern township as I've been led to believe?

I'm looking for James O'Connor(Connor in Canada) and his wife Mary Kell. James was born in Ireland and Mary in England. They were married in Quebec at an Anglican Church.
All their children(see list) were all born and baptised in a Roman Catholic Church in Quebec.
Children in order were 1832/37-1852/57
Elizabeth, Jane, Matthew, Thomas, Patrick, Margaret, Catherine, Anastasia.
By 1860 all were in CA for that years census, and I belive they were in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Jose areas.

I'm looking for any information at all on this family in Canada. I have quite a bit from CA.
Matthew and Patrick married sisters Mary and Margaret Bradley of Co Donegal Ireland. They were the sisters(2 of them)of my grandfather Patrick Bradley (1854 the youngest in family) who stayed in MA and married Mary Ann O'Donnell, and had 6 children, my mom was the 3rd.

Thank you
Barbara
