Parrott and Buggy Families - St Sylvestre

Looking for History of the Parrott and Buggy families. of this area. Christopher and Ann Buggy Parrott w/married 1/1828 @ St Sylvestre, as was Mary Buggy on the same date. Christopher and Ann had at least five children in the area (John, Caroline, William, Henry, and Margaret. I believe a sister to Ann was married earlier in January 1828. These people all migrated to Fox Lake, WI by 1850. I can not find any of the boys after this time and I'm wondering if they returned to Canada? I believe Christopher was born in Maine to Enoch and Sophia (?) Parrott. The Buggy girls were born in Ireland. Mary was listed as a spinster. I don't know what qualifies as a "spinster"? We would very much appreciate some history on these families. Thank you.
