St. George records???Where to search - Manning

I am searching for the children of Henry "Harry" Manning and Polly Babcock. I have searched ancestry.com in Quebec records, other Canada records, Vermont records, Alburgh websites, New York records, anything with Harrietstown on it, family trees, books available online. The only child that I have come up with was Absalom Manning b. abt 1828 in Canada, he named Henry Manning as his father in his Last Will & Testament. I'm hoping someone may have a family Bible or other such information.

In the 1825 St. George, Canada census on sheet 818, Henry Manning has a total of 14 members in the household which included four under age 6, four age 14-18. Of these, four females are under 14.

In 1831, Rouville County, Canada - Henry Manning is found with 17 people - and now there are two additional females under age 14.

By 1851 Henry is in Harrietstown, Franklin, NY.

I'm trying to locate the names of all of his children and especially, I suspect Polly Manning who married Daniel Moody, to be one of his children. She was born abt 1829/1830 in Canada and they are both living in Harrietstown in 1850 along with Absalom and a few other Mannings. I have other children in my notes that I suspect are children of Henry and Polly but I can not locate any type of birth record for any of their children.

Henry was born in Dutchess County, abt 1782. By 1810, I find him in the Alburgh, VT census. He is absent in the 1820 Alburgh, VT census. I strongly suspect he was in Canada by 1820 because in 1825 he is located in the St. George, Canada census and then in 1831, the Rouville, Canada census. By 1850, he is in Harrietstown, NY.

Any help pertaining to Henry Manning and Polly Babcock's children is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
