Surnames: Morrison, Wardell
I am searching for a Morrison Family in Nicolet. Jane Morrison was born in Nicolet abt.1820 to James and Hannah Goudy Morrison. James came from Glasgow and Hannah from Edinburgh.
Jane married Richard Wardell of Hull,England in the Presbyterian Church in Montreal on August 11,1845.
I would be interested to know if there was a Scottish settlement in Nicolet
