He died on November 20, 1832 and was burried on November 22, 1832 in St-Roch Parish in Québec City. His wife, Thérèse Parent (c. 1805) remarried to Louis Carrier, also Bailiff, on June 11, 1833 in St-Rock Parish in Québec City. I would like to find Georges' parents and his birth date, and where If he came from. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks for your help.

I think his parents were Charles and Mary Linton. I found a birth record. A son, George, was born to this couple on July 11, 1796, and was baptized on the same day at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Quebec City. Charles is described as a soldier in the Royal Canadian? Volunteers.

Think this must be him.

Cheers

Susan
