Just joined Ancestry.com about a month ago. I'm having a great time researching my ancestors. When reading your post, I just had to respond. My great-grandfather's was John Levesque from Quebec Canada. Everyone called him "Bishop" as a nickname according to my late grandmother. Don't know if there is any correlation between the two though. John Levesque was married to Victoria Leroux. DOn't even know if your still on this site as your post was from 2006. Hope you are!
