Did you ever get an answer to this question? I thought I might be able to help you, but, since I don't find a match for the spelling you give, I could use some additional clues from you. I suspect that your Louis is related to the Guernon-dit-Belleville or Grenon-Belleville families.
Can you tell me a bit more about Louis? Where did he die? Did he stay in Canada or emigrate to the U.S.? Whom did he marry, where, when? Any other clues that you can provide might be critical to finding your ancestor.

Hello ~ I am trying to find more leads on the following BHC family members who came to Canada in 1880 via Knowlton and lived at one time in Quebec.

Mary Catherine Bazarki b 1870, lived with Versel P. Chamberlain family in Brome, Quebec in 1881, married Thomas Reinge.

Teresa Bazarki b 1875, unsure of location, possibly married Mr. Tucker.

Charles Bazarki b 1878, posted letters from Ascot Corner, Eastern Townships, Quebec in 1895 and 1897.

Hi I'm looking for anyone who would be related to Georgette Rousseau born September 15, 1930 in Shawinigan and passed away on September 1, 2956 in a terrible car accident in Amos, Quebec at the age of 26 leaving 2 daughters behind, Suzanne and Francine Lamothe. She was married to Romeo Mattard Lamothe in Amos, Quebec.

Her parents were Odilon Rousseau born March 30, 1905 and Yvonne St-Arnauld born December 25, 1905.

I will see what i can do. i have sent her an e mail with your request.
Beth now has her dad living with her.
Sad story, he gave his other daughter the family home, though he was still living in it.
Then while he had a spell in hospital this past winter, the changed all the locks & put him out. So Beth had to take him in.
Beth & Mike now live at 3084 County Rd # 2,South Gower Dr,
Brouseville

Hello, I am descendant of this couple. They are my great great grandparents. Moise was the pioneer in Fabre Quebec and Rose was Algonquin. Have some baptismal information with the Algonquin word and Metis words attached. I have not been able to find their parents yet. Census states that Rose's father was from Scotland. Moise worked for Hudson Bay Company from 1844. Still working on this tree. Am descended from Julie. Have you found anymore information? Rose Laplante

Hunter.s Point is at the top end of the Kipawa river, it used to be the reserve, till it was moved to Kipawa.

My Grandfather lived in Hunters Point For a time as well as the n'Osbonsing River which is in the same area. His name was Polidore Lariviere, he was the son of Olivier Francois Severe Lariviere and Sarah Boisvert.

They were the grandparents of my friend beth Durant. She was Beth McVey.
Her mother was Doris, daughter of the above.
Ernest was the son of ronald Macdonald 1867 Black River NB., & Catherine Anne Buckley 1875 Baie du Vin NB.
Amy was the daughter of Duncan MacDonald & Charlotte Milford.

Unfortunately, I'm looking for the same infos myself.

It seems that Moïse Lavallée was from Lavaltrie (Québec), based on the Codex Historicus of The Oblates (ref to the Archives of the Oblates, located at St.Paul University, Ottawa, Ontario).

Rose (or LaRose) Taylor apppears to be the daughter of a certain Mr. Taylor, Scottish immigrant employed by the Hudson Bay Company, and an Algonquine (never found any info on her).

I don't have more info so far, I'm facing a wall since 5 yrs now.
