Does anyone have the marriage of Daniel Taylor & Margaret Campbell, 1 Jun 1874? I just found this on a list in a new collection just released by Family Search, "PEI Marriage Registers, 1832-1888". My 2nd gr grandfather is Daniel Taylor, b. 1849 s/o John Taylor and Eunice Hume, Lot 62. I descend from Daniel's second wife, Ella Allen. Have been trying to find first wife for very long time. I can not find any corroberation elsewhere; CMNI, PARO, Island Register, Ancestry, Family Search. This new collection states that it is an index, of sorts with information coming from various sources. The minister was J.C. Cameron, who was at Souris United Church. Witnesses were [looks like] Frederick Morris/Morrison and John M*Lean.

Dear Lovelyn,

Yes, that is the record I'm referring to. I can't connect to my Daniel Taylor without some more evidence. I can find no death or burial in PEI or Massachusetts for her. He was listed as a widow on the 1880 census in Boston and his marriage certificate to Ella Allen states it was his second marriage. I'm looking for more evidence.

Thanks,
Sandy
