This is what I have so far. I am James Tobin. (One of six children)
Since I have a reference for a Mary J. Doran or Stapleton living on Prince Edward Island, I thought I'd give it a try parking this here.
My father was Vincent John Tobin (b.Oct.17,1920,Cambridge, MA., and died 1993 in Orange County,Ca.)he had a brother named FRANCIS XAVIER JOSEPH TOBIN...of which I have no info at all.
His father was Richard Henry Tobin (b.July 1893,married about 1919) to Frances M. Kermer,(Aug.1888,Cambridge,Ma.)
Henry's father was my great-grandfather William Henry Tobin,(b.Feb. 1843)Cape Breton,Nova Scotia,Canada, married to Mary J. Doran,(b. June 1856)-Prince Edward Island)
William's father was NICHOLAS TOBIN, (My great-great-grandfather)(b.Feb.1843,CAPE BRETON,NOVA SCOTIA)was married to Ann Temperance Wilson,(b.May 1807, from Ireland, died Dec. 1889,Sydney,Cape Breton,NS,Canada.
