do you have any information on your Richard L Vaughan? Was his father Lemuel Vaughan born 1808 UC and Mother Eliza Jane Engle born 1823 UC? I have an R L Vaughan listed and Lemuel and Elizas son born apx 1853. Let me know if this looks like a match. If so what information you might have or Might need on R.L.
