I saw a stone "statue" for Cook's Mills on Lyon's Creek RD a while ago. If memory serves you turn east onto Lyon's Creek Rd from Doan's Ridge/Moyer Rd.

I believe it is a corner lot of field but farther down the road is Cook's Mills Church (unfortunately there isn't a cemetery there.
