Eliza Ann Wrigley - IGI birth
I went to the online IGI and found Eliza Ann Wrigley christening in Mossley - Then searched for all Wrigley christenings in that batch - and there was Sarah Fearns Wrigley too (batch C033581) I then narrowed the search to children of Joseph Wrigley - I found the following three, children of Joseph & Ann : My - 22 April 1810; Eliza Ann 25 July 1819, Sarah Ferns - 23 Feb 1812
There was a Mary Rigley who married a Seth Luce - their son Asa was born in Dumfries Ont. about 1835. Seth LUCE was born in USA in 1805. [Just to ask more questions!]

Re: Eliza Ann Wrigley - IGI birth
Mary - Thanks for the info. What do you think - were Eliza Ann and Sarah Fearns sisters? and Elizabeth is another sister?
I found Ann Wrigley, age 74, living with Sarah Fearns White in the 1879 census, Vergennes Twp., Kent County, MI.

Re: WHITE, Walter, Levi and Washington from NY
My great-grandmother was Rhoda Ann White, daughter of Walter and Sarah (Wrigley) White. She married Daniel Keeney, (born Dumfries, Ont. 1833) whose father, Franklin, is buried in Alton Cemetery and who came down from Dumfries, CA ca. 1837 with the Godfrey family. I have lots of info on the tribe, including pictures of Sarah, Walter and Rhoda. Also have obits for Sarah and Walter, a description of their Golden Wedding and other odds and end.
Identified Children of Benjamin and Abigail Church were: Hanna, B. 06 April 1799, Uxbridge, Wocester, MA Levi T. B. July 1801 in Western, New York, d. 27 Dec. 1867, Vergennes, MI m. Almira Alger b. 1806 in Canada, d. 1879 in Kent Co., MI Orpha, B. abt. 1805 in NY, m. John Rickert abt. 1825 in Canada Walter B. 29 May 1807 in Western (Oneida Co.,) New York, d. 15 Nov. 1882 in Vergennes, MI. m. Sarah Fearn Wrigley b. 19 January 1812 in Manchester Eng. m. 31 Dec. 1829 in Dumfries, Ont. Canada, D. 30 April 1882 in Vergennes, MI Washington White, b. 04 Aug 1809 in Western, NY d. 01 April 1867 in Vergennes m. Eliza Ann Wrigley, b, July 3, 1819 in England d. 01 Aug. 1867 in Vergennes.
I have several generations on some of these people. And some of the information came from the Taft family association. Benjamin's mother was a Taft.
My brick wall here is Calista Godfrey, wife of Franklin Keeney. Her sister, Eliza Ann, married Hiram Keeney. And she (Calista)is also buried in Alton Cemetery. She must be related to Newcomb and all the other Godfrey's who came to Michigan from Canada in 1837, but I haven't been able to tie her in.
Hi, Kirsten and Mary! Nice to talk to you again.

re Ann Wrigley - age 74
Ann Wrigley nee Fearns was christened 1786 in St. Michaels, Ashton Under Lyne, England. Daughter of Sylvanus Fearns & Peggy Miller. If you meant the 1860 census, then that Ann Wrigley should be Sarah F. White's widowed mother. Sarah's father, Joseph Wrigley died in 1854 (buried in Alton cemetery).
It is looking very likely that Eliza Ann & Sarah were sisters. It is probable that Elizabeth is also a sister.

You're right - it was 1860, Vergennes Township, Kent County, Michigan.

Re: WHITE, Walter, Levi and Washington from NY-correction
Correction. Eliza Wrigley White died in 1887, not 1867.
And I have a IGI record from the LDS site saying that Orpha married Whitfield in Burford, Brant, Ontario, not Vergennes. If there are contracdictory sources out there, I'd like to know them. The IGI not being 100% accurate!
