One hundred years ago a serious accident resulting in 15 fatalities occurred in Queenston, Ontario. The victims were from two Toronto churches. I happened across an article I had copied from the Hamilton Spectator and have transcribed it, along with death notices from the Toronto World for some of the victims. The information is not complete, and the article contains inaccuracies; however, hopefully in posting this it will in a small, informal way commemorate the dead and injured from that tragedy.
