Hi there,
Looking for information on my great grandfather.

All i know is that he spent some time in Toronto working as a Russian translator some time between 1914 and 1920. He had a son (Don Boag - b. abt. 1918- ) with Marie Boag (1891-1985 b. Westmorland, England) and apparently, wasn't heard from again... or so the legend goes.

His first name is meant to be Karl and the surname seems to ELNITSKY possibly ELINSKY.

I've hit a total dead-end on my side. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
