If Cleveland was born in 1883 then in 1901 he was 18yrs. If he was 22 in 1915 then in 1901 he was 14.
One thing I have learned is to NEVER make assumptions until you have the paperwork in your hand and even then......
People lied, errored, forgot and don't forget the writting wasn't very clear etc..
