"Smith Falls, Ont., Aug. 4. - Dr. James A. Anderson, Conservative, M.L.A. for South Lanark since October, 1929, and former Mayor of this town for five years, died early today in Lockwood clinic, Torornto, where he had been a patient since Wednesday last.

Dr. Anderson was sixty years old and was a graduate in midicine of Trinity college, 1903 class, and since has conducted a very successful practice in Smiths Falls."
