Mary Ann Cook (b. November 10, 1873) was the eldest of twelve children of William James Cook (b. December 25, 1848) and Frances Maria Hunter (b.October 1, 1855).

She married Charles Wesley Grasley (b. July 13, 1873) on September 26,1892 in Orangeville, Dufferin County, Ontario, Canada.

The couple had four children.

Mary Ann Cook died of Typhoid and Pneumonia on May 5, 1906 in Fort William, Ontario, Canada.
