Books on Early Settles of Renfrew County

Classification: Query
Surnames: Livingston, Livingstone, Bremner
Hello. I'm hoping someone on this board would have a suggestion... I'm currently researching and interested in the the Livingston/e & Bremner families (and their descendents) that settled in Renfrew Co after the Livingston/e & Bremner families moved from Scotland

I found a few possibilities but not sure which are best for these specific families, I seem to have lots of relatives in all of these areas and townships. I'm pretty sure the 1st 2 books but not sure abt the 3rd & 4th listed below

*founding families of Grattan and Wilberforce Twp
*Founding families of Admaston, Horton & Renfrew Twps
*Lanark County Settlers
*Renfrew County People & places

Thanks, Suzanne Livingstone

I descend from James Livingstone & Julia McCue. (Renfrew). For the longest time I thought we were related to the Bremners, but finally discovered this was not so. Sad for me, as I had a ton of information/work done on them. (Fascinating family.)

I too am wondering if any of the last books has the Devine or Kenny families in them. Both would be about 1840's on. Also would love to find out if the elementary schools are listed between 1910 and 1920 as my uncles attended school there in Renfrew, Thanks, Pam Granger
