I did not find a headstone for her in Fort Francis cemetery but you can check this site

Did not find a death rego for Francis Henry Tucker.
Rose Eleanor/ Helena Mabel Walton, b Windsor England, aged 10 mths 21 days, died 27 Jan 1914 of meningitis, d/o John Walton and Agnes Mary Tucker. Registration # 026981.
The top part of the rego gives second name as Eleanor and bottom part says Helena.
1921 census has a Sidney Tucker [brother on death rego] aged 31 and Ernest Tucker aged 21 both b England, both fisherman living Rainy Lake as boarders. They are likely living in a lumbercamp as all the rest of the men are lumberman.
Sidney immigrated 1901 or 1907, Ernest in 1913.

The ink on this information is quite blurred so couldn't read the address of Chas Rogers.
There is a Charles and Mabel Rogers on 1920 census in International Falls but I don't see them
on any further census.

He was also an International Bridge Guard. Signed up 31 Jul 1916 at Fort Francis.
